Hi — we’re Milsford. We build good homes for modern New Zealand living.
We’re two Cantab lads (George & Michael) who believe housing shouldn’t be out of reach or built to cut corners. So we invest in better design, proven construction, and up-and-coming neighbourhoods. These are places we’d happily live ourselves — homes that feel good from day one and make sense five, ten, twenty years on.
